Kronos (KRON)

The Lowell (Massachussetts) Sun had this story on Kronos (KRON) today. Kronos is a real puzzler. It is a market leader in software that helps businesses keep track of worker’s hours. Its fundamentals look reasonable. But the stock has been trading in a downward trend for more than a year. Given the consolidation trend in enterpise software it may even make an interesting takeover play. Let us know if you figure it out.
