You Like Us! You Really Like Us!
Given that this site is at the stage where it doesn’t earn a fraction of even the tiny cost of monthly web hosting, we have to get our satisfaction from other sources. The most tangible source is the gradual increase in visitors, the opportunity to interact via comments, or simply the pleasure of putting together something we believe is good. We were flattered by the opportunity to contribute posts to Seeking Alpha, and now welcome the kind words of ironman at Political Calculations. He took the time to read each of the posts in each of the investment-related blog carnivals and voted for the best submission to each carnival. Our very first submission to the Carnival of Investing, Starbucks vs. McDonalds, won his vote for the best post in that carnival.
